You will need:
One (1) Top Loin about one (1) Pound.
House of Tsang Szechuan Sauce
Olive Oil
Elbow Macaroni
An Egg
A sharp Knife
Sear the Top Loin, (Also called a London Broil in some stores) on both sides in a splash of Olive Oil. Save the Oil in the Fry Pan.
Thin cut across the grain the Top Loin, the thinner the better. Return the meat to the Fry Pan with a liberal helping of the House of Tsang Szechuan Sauce. Simmer on low, stirring often.
As the meat simmers cook the Macaroni as usual. Drain, rinse and drain again. Set to the side.
Crack the egg into a cup and beat well. (If you're like me you'll add a little bit of Garlic Powder to the egg while beating it.)
When the meat is ready transfer to a large bowl and keep warm. Drain off the gravy from the Fry Pan over the meat. Do not wipe out the pan.
Dump the Macaroni in the Fry Pan then pour the egg over it. Mix well and fry until the egg is done, mixing occasionaly.
To serve place some of the macaroni and egg mix on a plate and cover with several serving spoonfulls of meat. Drizzle some of the juice over the combo and enjoy.
