Most just spam for traffic hits to the site of the url sent..
Some, on the other hand... have a nice little trogan waiting to be installed onto your computer (and no I don't mean a free year's supply of condoms which dispense form your handy dandy cupholder tray aka CD player slot).

Last time I had to clean a trogan, clicked on a very interesting looking BDSM video on a porn site's entry page. Instantly infected ... very stubborn trogan. Great fun .
