...that the ICC hasn't indicted any American politicians of note, such as George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, etc.

Sure, we haven't ratified the Rome Statute, but it would be a powerful moral statement to indict these warmongers and war criminals, even if the indictments are never served.

Wars of aggression are war crimes and serious breaches of international law. And our Federal Government is one of the worst offenders of all.
