M just SMS'd me - she just had a daughter!!! I'm an auntie again!:nana: :nana: :nana: :nana: :nana: :nana:

Thank goodness - finally I can buy all those cute girlie-frilly clothes and she'll actually put them on the kid this time! (What's wrong with a boy in a cute dress??? Honestly, M can be so old-fashioned sometimes...)

We never thought it would be a girl. I'm so happy!:D

Flicka, I'm so glad for you and M. I know she's your very best friend, so give her good wishes from a 'smaller' friend.

M has a daughter, Hubby's coming over - perhaps I should buy a lottery ticket?

Good things come in three's, or so I've heard.

Glad for you, Svenska.

Hooray for M!

Go ahead, buy a ticket. You cannot win if you do not play.

I've got TWO tickets already! But I better take Hubby instead - M would just be breastfeeding and burping and changing diapers on her new love, instead of enjoying the magic on the big screen.

I dreamed about this baby tonight. According to my dreams, she's big and chubby and has thick, blond curls.

And I must call M and tell her that she must be more careful, and not let the kid fall down the stairs like that - what if I hadn't been there to catch her before she hit the floor?

Oh, that's right... they don't HAVE any stairs at her house...

Ah, 'Flicka, buying all the cute little dresses is so fun. Just don't let them put one of those lacy headbands on her, OK? Those things drive me batty.

Min, I just had a sick thought (you inspired it ;) ). At some point in the baby's life plastic goose clothing will fit her.

Congratulations to M and Flicka. Baby girls are tons of fun. Best to you all. And Flicka...have a good time with hubby. You must be so thrilled.

Ok, people are looking funny at me now, because I just can't stop laughing.

Congrats to M. Kiss the baby from me, Svenska. :)

Oh, and give her one of your "I poop in my pants" shirts.

Det var du som köpte den förra, eller hur?;)

I've bought a cutesy pink top with long sleeves for the baby, AND a pair of panties with lace on the butt. She's gonna look horrible, poor child! But we have to enjoy showering her with frills and lace and pink stuff, because when she's older, she'll demand to be dressed as a human being. I've spent almost all I've got, but it's worth it. I'm gonna sit up all night sewing sugary-sweet stuff from the fabric I bought. And I've designed several new baby-things in my shop. (hint, hint)

I talked to M this morning, and she was fine. She's going home tomorrow, so I'm going to rush there before she leaves, to see the little bundle of joy. I've already heard her whimp, over the phone!:)

Now, if only Hubby would show up... He's one day late, and he hasn't called. At times like these, I wish that I HADN'T been born with a vivid imagination!

Why is it there ALWAYS a problem when him and I are travelling, alone or as a pair?
