Here's the place to put that pet peeve when you realize that others just don't get the concept. Here's a few to start:
1. The left lane is not yours to set the pace. If a person doesn't understand that concept, attaching your front bumper to their rear bumper doesn't cut it. Pass on their right.
2. Don't be a "rock in the stream" in the center lane. Move to the right.
3. "Merge" onto a highway actually means to look for an opening, and then speed up or slow down in order to get into that opening. Don't pace the car in the right lane hoping IT will slow down or speed up.
4. They actually mean it when they say "Express Lane - 10 items maximum."
5. Bubble gum and dogshit belong in trash cans, not on other people's lawns or in mall parking lots.
Hey. One might be how much you dislike "holier than thou" jerks who spout off about their pet peeves. Feel free to say so. Like I said this is a thread to point out the concepts that some people just don't get.
