Beautiful day, indeed! About 68 now, but going to be in the mid 70s. Sunny, slight breeze - the front flowerbed is calling my name!

It's a beautiful day, I did some gardening, the wife is asleep and it's the first saturday of the year where I can relax and watch the Blue Jays play some mediocre baseball. Think I might invite one of the neighbours over. Haven't decided yet between the accountant and the car salesman. Maybe both.

The great outdoors seems to be calling the name of myself and 2 little short monsters I know.

We are seriously considering a romp in the red mud pile near our house.

We are armed and ready with sand buckets and shovels, our old clothes and shoes and the desire to do nothing more than make sure we are covered from head to toe with disgusting red mud (which shall stain us forevermore).

Ah, the joys of motherhood. Makes me wish I could be a kid again. My only worry now is whether to eat cake or icecream for dessert!

it's been beautiful here all week...and of course....wouldn't you know it...it's rainy and cloudy here right now...oh well..i'm holding my breath that it will be nicer later..<crossing fingers> but then again...rainy and cloudy can be nice for some things....
