It depends on the kind of change you are talking about.

For small things, it is far easier to change. For larger changes, it is far more difficult and takes a lot more time. Government and the way it works would be a "larger change" and does take a long time.

How anyone can argue that it is utter bullshit to acknowledge that simple truth is rather ridiculous, but hey, Lit is full of ridiculous stupid opinions. I'm just glad you have a place to share yours.
