I wrote a crappy 'How to' about searching lit and key tags [and broke my perfect h record] and explained how I couldn't find a story that I really wanted to find.

But it was worth it. Someone read it and emailed me the story title. None of this posting in the AH to see if someone knows it for me.

It was odd the way he responded to my 'how to' story and how i had only written it on a fluke. my heart was in the right place and i really needed to know where his story was, but i knew the chances were slim that i would find out.
Funny how time passes and i can see the past so very clearly. i've kept his email all this time and re-read it every now and again. pertinent and apropos of nothing, his words have the power to make me smile. i dont love him. i dont know him but that one missive opened the door to possibilities for me.
