I am not an American. I was brought up in a tough neighbourhood by strict parents and indoctrinated with the term, "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me."

The only time Responsible speech applies is in the company of Americans on message boards. They are the only ones it seems who take offence to typed words on a computer and find threatening words something to report to the CIA.
