Issues with uploading photo

Hi! I’m having a problem with getting my profile photo uploaded. I’ve tried updating it several times and it keeps reverting back. Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix? TIA

I'm new here so not positive but I think you need a certain number of posts first, maybe 100?

No 100 posts, just need to be patient it will change eventually. Needs to be checked by admin
reposting it constantly will only put you to the bottom of list.
