So I was asked/told by a new doc, aka Lipid Lady, to eat oatmeal for breakfast and maybe some smoked salmon. If you could have seen my face... neither appeal to me to say the least but I said I'd try the oatmeal.

Today was the day. I kept an open mind and open tastebuds; I did my best to not let the appearance hinder my experience. I sat down to enjoy my meal and had one overwhelming thought, which was I really like oatmeal cookies and what was in front of me just couldn't be related to any cookie I've ever enjoyed!

Ick... blah...gross. But I did try and if need be I'll make a copy this post and email it to Lipid Lady.
