Like Charlie Brown about to land on his back once again as Lucy hold the football away from the reach of his kicking foot, I arrived at my office to find an empty coffee cannister.

I'll be back. [/terminator]

And on a Monday morning too. This does not bode well for the rest of the day, my friend.

It would improve greatly if I could talk someone into helping me recreate some of your most recent AVs. ;)

Hit and runs are the worst. :( I'm sorry that happened to you, Yank. :rose: Is there any chance a security camera or someone who works nearby saw it?

Jerks!

This happened to my in-laws when they were at the doctor's office. Fortunately, when they came out, there was a note on their windshield from a witness who watched the woman back into their car, get out and look at the damage ($600 dollars' worth), and get back in her car and drive away. The witness provided a description of the woman and her vehicle, the license plate number, and her own phone number in case they had any questions.

Unfortunately, these days, people like that seem to be few and far between. I consider myself to be one of those people, but part of me wonders if I will be like the majority and go "known of my business".

I think I'd get the info if I could because if I were in that situation I'd want someone to do the same for me.

When I was still teaching, I backed into one of my students' cars in the parking lot. It was the fourth such accident and I was the first person to own up to what I'd done. I joked that I had to own up to it, because half of my class saw me do it! :D

Actually, at the time I didn't realize that anyone was watching. I bumped the car and then went into the building to find its owner.

How bad is the damage, Yank? I'd like to think that idiots like that will eventually get what's coming to them. I'm sorry you ahve to deal with this. :rose:

Pretty quiet around here lately.

Yank, I hope carma in the shape of a hummer finds whoever did it.
