She hasn't called. Why hasn't she called? She's not texting me back. Why hasn't she texted me back? I'm thinking the worst. Did she fall in love with him or something? I don't know if I can do this thing again. Is she going to call me? Are we going to talk about this? Does she feel bad because she really has feelings for me or is it just because she doesn't want to hurt me? Fuck, fuck, fuck. Did I handle this with maturity and logic or was I just being stupid by telling her it was okay to hang with him. Fuck, fuck, fuck.

Murphy came over today. I was just going to change the pads on the disk brakes. But then I found the deep groove. Guess I'm changing rotors too. No, I don't like turning my rotors.
 
They took four years to develop the APA 6th Edition--the same amount of time I am taking to figure out stupid in-text citations and reference pages. :rolleyes:

My wife's car needed attention to the brakes before its annual test.

All four disks were ruined by the effects of salt and corrosion. That is one of the downsides of living beside the sea.

"deep groove"? No - four deep grooved trenches. The pads were OK. They just had nothing to grip.

Why did I eat a whole bag of Fritos in one sitting yesterday? That was just dumb...

Why does my neck hurt this morning? Is it from laying down all afternoon yesterday (because I didn't feel well from eating all of those Fritos).
 
Yes, this is just what I needed today. To receive a half-assed email from my boss asking me to do work without dimensions, or proper notes to work off of, no mention of drawing elevations, no idea which plans I am supposed to be working off of, and now I am in trouble for not know what I am supposed to be doing even though I called to ask and got no answer, and didn't see dimensions that aren't there.

Thanks boss, you just made my day. :rolleyes:
 
1. When I'm outside and the wind's just right, I can smell the lake.

2. I forgot for a while how much of a good idea reading is.
