How would I take pics of myself fucking hiccups? I'd have to take the time to get the camera on the tripod, focus it, set up the timer for repeating intervals, and by that point the mood would be broken and the hiccups would be gone. Just doesn't work...

In our local papers for 4 March is a story about teenage pregnancies in Kent.

According to the Kent overall figure, the rate of pregnancies per 1000 girls aged 15 - 17 is 937.1.

So only 62.9 girls in every 1000 in Kent WEREN'T pregnant? And apparently that is a reduction of 9.7 percent?

Perhaps the reporter needs to be sent on a course to understand statistics.
