I'm getting comments about how I speak so well and I'm so strong and brave that people don't feel I want any help....

I want allies, I really do. I'm afraid to ask for help, though. I'm afraid I won't get what I ask for, and I'm afraid that I'll get more shit just for asking.

I don't think I want to face that.

I've gotten PMs from people saying they think I'm right, and I'm all; "Why not in the thread... please?" Pleeeeeze?

Or that damn pornography for women thread, where we have several men talking about what women should want and so few women contradicting them Once I do, they claim it's all about my ego and how dare I speak for women. I'd love it if more women spoke up...

or if some of my friends would pm me reminding me not to bother, if they happen to notice I'm doing something stupid. :eek:

I almost went to play poker at a new bar tonight after my kung fu class, but then I thought of the long drive home after class and poker would be unhealthy for me in my drowsy state, so I bought Watchmen and a CD, got some dinner, and went home instead.

My sister just booked her hotel room in Vegas for her tournament on Halloween. I still don't know if I am going. My father is still trying to talk me into going so that he can save money on the flight (you get a price reduction for six people, I would make four). It's all silly and pointless at this time, really.

Sigh, I think on these shopping sites, if they want you to give feedback, they shouldn't get angry at you if you post bad feedback. If the seller ticked you off, then of course you'd give bad feedback. Its ok if the seller was good, then you'd give good feedback. Take ebay, you give bad feedback on there, and they get their panties all crinkled and warn you about bad feedback. And then the seller gets mad at you! Even if he was in the wrong! Geez! They should just say... if you got a good buy, then tell everyone else.:rolleyes:
