Yes, from my house to yours.
The rain was so heavy around 6 pm just west of Kenosha that we turned off the road for about 15 minutes. Southbound 94 averaged about 20 mph down to the Illinois line or thereabouts. It was dark and nasty out there.

We did okay. Looked ugly enough that we actually went to the basement for a few, but pretty much all is okay here except road flooding.

That luminaria ceremony last night was pretty awesome, and the lap in the dark silence is something I'll remember for a while.

Yeah...we had some small branches down all over the neighborhood but nothing major. Apparently a tornado did touch down in Kenosha and I guess our sirens went off, but I didn't hear them because I was already shut in the basement with the cats.

That would explain the sirens that were going off as I got into the car to leave Kenosha. Yikes!

We had several tornadoes on the ground last night, just two counties west of us. Mostly rural areas, and they caused minimal damage.
By the time the storm made it our way it had lost intensity. (Yay.)
