I could help with this, actually, as it's part of my professional services. If your company is too cheap, sometimes it helps to show the offender what the unemployment line looks like on Monday mornings.

I wish they would unemploy him. They fired all of the managers that worked under him when what they really needed to do is fire...HIM!!! We're doing stuff that doesn't need to be done and being forced to prioritize things his way, which isn't working at all, and in short we aren't getting much done that actually needs to be done. He would be in charge whenever one of our managers would go on vacation and it was always like this...you'd think the company would have discovered there was a problem by now but nooooooo. And now we have stores in three hubs that have no clue what he does or why he does it. All he'll say is, "This needs to be done, it's going to be done my way, and I have my reasons."

Yargh.
