I don't want to do this anymore, but I'm really not capable of anything else right now :(

I don't believe that.

i am an architectural draftsman. It was what I am great at. not good, great. I do this better than I I ever done anything else by a long shot. Another problem, is this everything else that I know how to do wouldn't get me paid nearly as much, and I don't make all that much as a draftsman.

Maybe I just need to work someplace with other people...

Well, have you thought about taking on a couple of lesser paying part time projects? That way you can work with different people and try something else.

*thumps your forehead*
Stop being down on yourself or I will take away the fifty gallons of liter fluid I gave you for Christmas.

Ignore that last part

Also you can substitute "_" for "." in most, if not all cases. Makes it look more like a mouth instead of a nose. You can also string a bunch together to make the mouth bigger.

^_^

How do you do that?

Small case "o" then "." then Upper case "O"

@_0 Shocked out of your mind (works better when the zero has a slash through it in that font)

While doing a simple takedown exercise in kung fu class tonight, I had the smallest person in the room try it on myself, the largest person in the room, to prove how easy it is when done correctly. This gives them confidence when doing it against an opponent closer to their own size.

The move is best used when helping a friend in a confrontation. You walk up behind the person you wish to take down, grab his shoulders, and stomp down on the top of his calf of the leg he has more weight on. It drops them to the ground very quickly.

When the smallest student in the class dropped me down, he accidentally kicked me in the back of the head. This is not wrong. This is just painful for the person getting kicked in the back of the head. If done any more properly, I would have been unconscious.

Now, should I have congratulated him for taking me down properly, or scolded him for not knocking me out?*

*I'm kidding. You aren't supposed to knock each other out in exercises like this. But I think it would have been funny if he had knocked me out ;)

I see the world in a better light today somehow. Sleep restored me to my former self and I can work and be all right again. It's amazing how the body replenishes itself when it is dormant. I'm inclined to think that hibernation might not be such a bad idea. LOL.

Haha! Vindicated!

My boss is blaming me for miscalculating an excavation site. The computer gave me the answer in inches for some reason, so that is what I emailed my boss. His calculator couldn't handle such a large number, and he didn't even notice it, and blamed me for coming up with the wrong number.

I have a better calculator here in the office, so I went through the numbers (185922183.9715 cu in divided by 12, divided by 12, divided by 12 [for cubic feet], divided by 27 [for cubic yards]), and came up with approximately 4000 cubic yards (it's construction, we round up everything for estimation purposes).

All of a sudden, he owes me an apology :D

I say you congratulate him on a job well done!!:D

It took almost three years, but one of my stories finally went over 100,000 views. :nana:
Totally cool!!:cattail::kiss:

Blurt: I think the chocolate does help!!

I love it when boys get cocky and think they are oh so on top of a project, and the girls work steady and consistent and leave them in the dust.

I can't say anything in the classroom but I smile so big when they walk out.

:D
