Nah. Not only is it not as bad as the whiplash that I gave myself near the end of my headbanging days, but I don't think the guy that hit me could afford the legal hassle.

Yikes! Glad it wasn't too bad. Sorry your neck is sore though. I almost got killed yesterday at work by a driver of a Mack truck that was either hung-over, still drunk, stoned, half-asleep, or all of the above. I was going fast enough that that would have been a NASTY wreck.

My accident happened just after another accident around the corner from where I got dinner, that was supposedly a big one.

There was also another accident around the corner from my house that was near fatal for two high school girls. The flew off the road and wrapped their car around a tree, forcing the passenger into the driver seat, squished up against the other girl. They only suffered bruises and a broken limb or two.

Mine was nowhere near as bad as those two, and I almost feel guilty for mentioning it anymore.
