Hubby has high cholesterol...*sighs*

They wanted him to go on a diet and exercise more, problem with that is that he does exercise by going to the gym...Diet problem is that I'm hypoglycemic and have a high metabolism...Do they really expect us to have two seperate diets in the household? Hubby told them no on the diet because it's near impossible and now he's on meds for both high blood pressure and soon to be high bad cholesterol...

I had my first martial arts class in six or so weeks last night, ate a big dinner, had a filling breakfast, had a snack an hour ago, and I'm still so HUNGRY!...
