Thankfully, it's amazing how much a night's sleep, a fay at work, and a nice chat with a much older and wiser friend can put things in perspective. I think the nausea was probably from letting myself get worked up, and looking at it now, there really wasn't any reason for me to get worked up.
I think I'll still plan a little vacation for myself; I might make it next month and consider it a celebration of the state test for my subject being being me.

blurt: I am going to be SO sick! It's nearly impossible to get good rhubarb here. Having grown up using the stuff thanks to the plants in the back yard, it's very much missed. I discovered the jar of strawberry rhubarb jam that Dad sent to me for the holidays. Half of it disappeared this afternoon.
But DAMN it was good!
