Who is Krian? And why do I keep getting his emails?

He seems to have erectile dysfunctions, needs medications from Canada, supports many on-line gambling sites, wants cheap counterfeit OEM software, and requires significant cosmetic surgery paid for by the credit offered by companies I've never heard of that only require his ID and bank details.

Has anyone met Krian? He needs serious help and counselling.
