If ya hate it then have fun with it. Either be the perfect newbie newbie or lead the conversation over the hurdles of ignorance and bliss.
We have to follow a format and discuss set topics. I already hate it the first week. I have a really bad attitude about formal English classes. You always have to do some stupid shit like this. "What are three nouns that describe you? Not adjectives, nouns." Duhhh. And part of the grade is commenting at length on most peoples' posts.
Grrrr
I better start caring about this grade though. I 'll be really pissed at myself if I lose my 4.0 over this class.

I just emailed the instructor, explained where I'm at, and asked for her help. Since it's an online class hopefully I'll be able to be more independent. *sigh* I gotta get through this. I'm just not so good at fitting into English classes.

I got lucky and had an instructor for freshman comp with a sense of humor
Did one paper on the spelling rules of English, wrote the entire thing phoneticly
Got an "A"

I know it's considered rude to invite people to a bridal shower who won't receive an invite to the wedding, unless it's a very, very private ceremony. I should think the same rules apply to hen parties as well.

tchuh. That's what I thought. It's just a bummer. The wedding is smallish, due to limited funds, but I had hoped I could ask some extra girlies along to the Hen do...
Ah well. I can't do any planning till I see my Maid of Honour next week anyway. Can you drink in the week after a general anaesthetic?

Darlin you can make the rules of whatever you want, just let them know that you have limited space but you so want them to go out with you on your hen night. Most girls would understand that. Well I would but then again I'm not normal so that may not count as a valid opinion
and yes you can drink but go in moderation and depends on if your still taking pain pills etc..or if you are told not to drink for so long after the surgery. Best advice, ask the doc if a drink or two can hurt.
