why do i pay for tracking and the postal service decides to scan the package whenever they feel like it? last scan was friday the 7th and still says "attempted delivery" and how do u "attempt" to deliver to a po box anyhow did they like walk halfway there and decide to turnaround for coffee and not make the rest of the trip to the po box?
