Simply Saline to help clean it out, other brands have preservatives that actually paralyze your nasal hairs that move things out. Then ginger and mustard seed are anti-inflamatories that will help reduce the swelling so your sinuses can clean out.

Twelve thousand words. On one story. I've written twelve *thousand* words. It's amazing. I love it. I hope it keeps happening. It is *such* a good feeling to keep the characters and story going for longer than just 4000 or so...

I - wow - I hope this is a sign of my writing developing and not just a flash in the pan fluke type thing...

I've been writing determinedly (and submitting to Lit) for just over a year now... perhaps it was just time for things to move on a bit... do you think?

I'm now taking Clariten, Tylenol and my antibiotic after talking to the doctor's office. It's a little better with the Clariten, hopefully it will help clear it up faster.
