I'll assume it's not a self-portrait ... (or should that read "I hope it's not a self portrait").

I've seen worse AVs ... there's someone on the GB that has truly revolting AVs (medical anomalies) from time to time - but his/her intention is to gross out and shock (I believe).

AVs are an expression of yourself I suppose - what you like, what you are like, what you want to be like, what catches your fancy/interest/humour.

I stopped liking discussing politics when I realized that it only enraged me, and I don't need the negativity in my life. You must be more enlightened than I, if you can discuss politics without getting angry. Not necessarily at people who disagree with what I think is "right", but more at the current state of this country, and the people who brought it about. Anger is a futile emotion and I try to stay away from it as much as I can.

That's why I stay away. The anger and fear gets to be a bit much at times. Sigh.
