Is it wrong for me to feel jealous right now? Guess I'm always gonna be the guy that's just not popular enough.
 Popularity isn't always the best thing in the world. I like you. Others like you... when is one considered popular? When they have a massed a bunch of people that "supposedly" are their friends? Or when they have friends?

Yeah I know. I just feel like a very forgettable person at times and it's a big issue for me. I want someone to remember me when I leave this place. I'm terrified of being just another face in the crowd.

I don't think that's something you need to worry about here, anyway. This crowd has long memories, and you're unique.

I received notice through feedback today that a porn mag in Denmark is interested in my stuff and using me as a freelance writer. While that is cool and all, I have some complaints and issues.

The respond email is a personal yahoo account. The name of the magazine is not capitalized in the email.

I responded for more information, but how serious should I take this?

How can I disable my laptop's touchpad when it's not shown on my "Mouse" control panel?

What kind of laptop?

There's usually the touchpad "driver" in the system tray but disabling tht doesn't always work.

I love the new Levis commercial commercial where the couple are taking off the denim through the ages.

I've found that a hammer works best. I hate those damn touch pads....I keep bumping them when I hit the space bar.

worse still is my Thinkpad R50. Has a touchpad and a clit stick pointer. If I'm not taping one I am thumping the other and sending my cursor all over the place.

I got it. Apparently I needed to download the Synaptic device driver and only then I could disable it.

Thank you, though. ;) :rose:

Are you seriously trying to talk to me after almost 2 years and pretend that nothing happened? How pathetic.
