I can do it for you sweet, is it for an av?

i can usually get the right size but the filesize is too big usually ? at that point i put it in the av resize thread and someone does it for you

I agree with the cute one(thats is such a cute AV). Both are good programs for resizing. I use irfanview(cos I have to for class) in windows and gimp when in linux.
