The fucking point of emailing to ask for an appointment one to one is so that i DONT HAVE TO RAISE THE ISSUE IN GROUP! for a counsellor you really are fucking clueless! i DONT want to be in a group setting! what makes you think i want to talk about leaving SAID GROUP TO SAID GROUP IN SAID GROUP SETTING! GRRR! you ignorant little man!

I find im ok with the help. Lately things have been weird- group dynamics are screwed up at the moment and i need structure. I've also gone from being very open to being much less so and sometimes even siding with the analysis......

I think he's a fucking moron for thinking i'd want to raise the fact that i want to leave the group in the group session before i know IF I CAN or not...

He's a LOVELY man, but that email...just!! arggh! i am too angry to respond right now. I will have to breathe for a bit- i dont want to bite his head off, coz like i say he really is lovely, but that email was the height of stupidity.

The reason i want an appointment outside of group is to discuss my 'place' in it. I don't feel that it is right for me, and i am feeling increasingly uncomfortable in said group setting. Over the last (nearly) 2 years i have gone from being very open and lively and active, to withdrawing and not participating as much. Alarm bells ought to ring at this point. It has taken me the better part of the last 2 years to 'try' the situation out, and realise slowly that it isnt for me. Now, if you would like to bring this all up at group (AGAIN!) then go ahead, but expect a dirty look from the girl in the corner. I will not indulge you in a discussion as to my uncomfort in the situation, in the presence of others who may or may not be instrumental in my feelings for the situation. I do not wish to offend anyone, and if a decision is taken by me to leave the group, and an alternative course of action is taken, then i would much rather bow out the cowards way.''

We did the same with our school song. We just sang what the other people were singing. It was like no one knew the real words.
