Quiet in here tonight :rolleyes:

I went to insure my car today, the agent said do you want to add cover against fire and theft... I said don't be stupid, who'd want to steal a burning car...

Just had my 'meeting' with Auntie S :D wow...*overwhelmed* i need to fill out an official application, have my CRB re-done (even though the one i had done by uni is still valid coz of the minor's ive worked with) and i'm popping in next wednesday to get a feel for the place. WOOO! I have the added advantage that i am a known candidate and i've pretty much just had an extensive interview with Le Boss ;)

Now, i need to get in touch with my lecturer for a reference, and to see if she might have another position for me this summer.

If i can get a few days a week with M at uni researching again, the other days of the week at Auntie S's, and maybe a week away from both running a summer school like last year, then that would be fucking perfect.

I can leave my current job, be paid for working with M and on the summer school, get the experience from M and Auntie S and be alllll good for some time to come :D

See, the great thing about all of the above is im working to my strengths- working with M like last year gets me involved in psych research and working with volunteers from the general public. Working on the summer schools will be me working with students just younger than me which ive had a lot of experience with and am good at, and working for Auntie S will give me experience with 'older' people in care and get me working in a different way.

All in all, that would be the perfect scenario. We shall have to see. I guess i need to put in my application for the summer schools again (though coz i did 2 last year and tutored and did one day events, the whole office knows me well :D) asap as its due in march 16th.

I also need to get in touch with Marie asap for a reference and a job.

And visit Auntie S's and fill in the application form.


Wow...this has totally motivated me a great deal :D i feel good. yes. i do. :D :D :D *excited*

:D *snicker snicker* Click and Clack say, if your car catches on fire, stand far back and watch it burn cause the firefighters are gonna take their time getting there.

Seriously though, I get the feeling that woman honestly thinks her son is still a virgin. How is that even possible?
