I am allergic to Head & Shoulders and Hawaiian Tropics Sunscreen. . .I get all red and itchy, quite a sight for a redhead. lol.

Hey, if i gave more of a shit about my allergies i'd be able to eat hardly anything...raw carrots, peachs,pears, apples, plums, potatoes, honey...are all things that i will have a reaction to of some sort...
That and nuts...Head and shoulders- i used to use that, then i discovered Lush

Basically OAS is caused by a sensitivity to Silver Birch pollen and fruits and veg that are members of the Rosacca family. It is also possible to have an allergic reaction to other pollens.I can't TOUCH potatoes. I can't touch them raw, wet, peeled or chopped. I can only eat them. And so everyone else has to prep them for me. I recently thought SOD IT, and picked up a potatoe to put it away- i barely moved it a foot- 10 seconds contact most, and my hand went rid and itchy and started swelling.

Actually, im not all that bad- its not hard to avoid what i cant eat. But that said, its not lik i avod my veg/ fruit allergens much. Egg and Nuts i avoid like the plague. I cant eat meringue
