It's amazing that I can feel so put off by the extra work it takes to scroll around a stretched screen on a talk forum. But I am, and it's hampering my want to even look around. Why do people insist on mile-wide sig lines?

Guess I should turn them off.

Problem is, I'll miss new story postings by my fave authors.

Or do what I do - use firefox and turn off the images. Means the text links to new stories shows up but all the flashing gifs etc in the sigs vanish. Avs still show up though.

I could do that, but then I'd miss all the images that people use in posts. Sometimes Min and I can have entire conversations with smilies/images alone.
