Like I said, you need to wean yourself off the sugary crap... And Lindt may be expensive, but if you buy the high cocoa solids one then you eat it much slower so it lasts longer...
It's a taste thing... try having little teeny nibbles of the bitter stuff and see if you can grow to like it

I think 'Mahbooba' (emphasis on the 'ma' and said as though there is a short 'a' after the h long 'oo' and medium 'ba') is also arabic for pretty much the same thing. Though it's spelt and pronounced slightly differently in Urdu/ Hindi 'Mehbooba'
