Same here. But I have an excuse.

I've been up since two.
Oh blah, that sucks. I've only been up since 5:30, but I just now got coffee, so I'm starting to come back to life.

Mate of mine has a doormat with "Get off my land" stencilled on it at his back door, and "We don't like strangers around here" at the front door... True... He always was a bit strange though :D

 My daughter (who will be 13 in March) has just asked permission to go to a Wrestling Match at school, so she can watch one of her friends wrestle. . .

I can help with the chocolate thing. Start weaning yourself onto high cocoa solids chocolate (like Lindt 70% or 85%). It's a bit bitter at first, but soon you won't be able to go back. Also - far far lower sugar *and* you need much less to satisfy the cravings...
I told you I've got good at tricking myself...

Like I said, you need to wean yourself off the sugary crap... And Lindt may be expensive, but if you buy the high cocoa solids one then you eat it much slower so it lasts longer...
It's a taste thing... try having little teeny nibbles of the bitter stuff and see if you can grow to like it :)

ps- the bitter stuff is actually good for you, unlike the Cadburys/Galaxy style of milk choc.
