Tuesday night sis went to the ER vomiting and cramping really bad. They gave her some shots, ran a few tests, thinking she may have an ulcer and then sent her home. . .a few hours later, (by now it was Wednesday morning) she was back in pain and vomiting again.

They admitted her and she has spent the night at the hospital. Ran more tests, including a CAT scan (I think that is what it is called) . . . and kept her on morphine.

As of last night they had ruled out any gallbladder issues. But still haven't decided whats wrong with her.

She'll be 37 this year. She's had a lot of abdominal problems, from acid reflux, all the way down to having a full hysterectomy. Three c-sections have left her insides full of scar tissue, which is what lead to the hysterectomy. There was so much scar tissue it was knotting up her reproductive system and sending her into violent cramps.

I appreciate all of you for having us in your thoughts and prayers.

Her appendix (I believe) was removed during one of her C-sections.

We are going to go see her when Hubby gets home in a few hours. I haven't heard from them yet, but it is still pretty early and Doctors are probably just now making their rounds.

I'll be sure to keep you all updated. She wasn't a nice sister growing up, but she is still my sister and I don't want her to hurt. I have 2 more sisters. This is the second to eldest. I fall in third and then there is the youngest.
