Vana, you have a beautiful mind and it shines in every way no matter what part of you is being displayed to the world and its mother.
~~ I had my final review today, i was told i passed my 3 months probationary period. But quite frankly im not sure i want it. I need the job that's a given, but i don't really like it. The job itself is piss easy- so easy that im complacent and make stupid mistakes on occasion. In all fairness i was of a higher position in my old place (yes...i know i shouldnt have left) and i had far more responsibility than i do here. The point is, i don't feel comfortable, im the black sheep and i get made to feel like an idiot.
I didn't bring up the S swearing thing with my manager in my reiview like A said i should, because i felt that she just wanted to cut it really short and not have to listen to me for very long. So, yeah...that's confidence instilling.
*sigh* my biggest qualm is though i choose not to reveal much about myself (the sum total of what they know is minimal- name, age, uni, ethnic origin etc) it's still not exactly the kind of environment- or at least the people that make it at all comfortable to disclose on a more personal level. And that just not me. So i'm being someone im not whilst at work and it's so difficult to be ok with it. Well, 2bh im not okay with it at all.
I don't know. I need to look for another job if i'm serious about leaving, but then i'll just have the same problems there. *sigh*
