I really don't even want to post in a thread that is all but guaranteed to cause tears, whatever its intentions, so I will say something here instead.

There is a distinct difference between "colorful" and "crazy." Zade is the former, but decidedly not the latter. "Puckish" is an adjective that might be applied, but only to a certain narrow aspect of her. That's because Zade is an extraordinarily accomplished woman in several important arenas: academically, she's multilingual (English, Welsh and German), she's a concert-level viola and piano player, and she's probably smarter than most of the people here. She has done much and experienced much in her 27 years, has a good heart, is brave and adventurous, and the things she wants from life are things worth wanting.

So, while "crazy" was almost certainly not meant in any derrogatory way, applying labels even casually and in fun is not really a good idea when the labeler obviously hasn't paid much attention to who the subject really is. (And the need for this post confirms my instinct about that thread.)
