The speed limit here is 40 kph in the city and 60 kph on the highway. I can't even imagine 229! (Of course, no one drives by the speed limit. It's just there so we know what to break. )

That sounds like someone's idea of a sick joke...most of the city is around 55-75kph, the freeways are just over a 100kph, and once out of the city, about 115kph...but like there...if you drive the speed limit...you're gonna get run down...
