Personally ive always considered such permanance a dramatic course of events, but of course that is one's own decision, made in agreement with loved ones. Of course, i am not one to pass judgement on such, and why would i? :)

With the age gaps between me and my sisters...nearly 9 years and then 7 years...(16 between me and the Toddler!) i would sooner hope my parents gave up trying for a boy...:rolleyes: i already get mistaken for my sisters' mother! (that would put me at NINE for the 10yo!!! WTF!!!!) ;)

My hub and I wish to adopt one more. We would have had one more of our own, but the third pregnancy was more risky then the second and the last two were life threatening to me and the babies. To risk a fourth wasn't an option. The last tried to be born four months early, but we were able to keep him brewing longer and he was born one month early.

Of course, in such circumstances there is little else that can be done. I am just glad, as im not doubt sure you and everyone around you are, that all your children continue to be healthy. :)

*chuckles* It can't get any longer. :D He's going to have to make a double row of tiny ladies if I do any more SRP's with him. LOL.

I like all those characters, but Claire is my favorite SRP, with Elixas coming in second. . . :D

These are SRP characters and not your submission characters? Sounds wonderful :D

Thanks. :D These are just the ones where he and I write opposite of each other in the SRP's. We write a few posts, and we get a feel for a character and then scour the web looking for an image that reflects her, with the exception of Elixas, the elf queen. . .I got her image first and then based the thread around her.

:D they really say a lot about the characters you write...and i havent read any of it!

~~ my god...taking you down...and dusting you off oh so feverishly with that decorating brush...i dont care that the dust has gone on my pillow...that dust is as much a part of me now as you yourself are. Remember when you were 'born'? the tears shed over the plaster as it dried...set...and allowed me my canvas upon which to scar my emotions? The sweat seeping through the cracks as my work never stopped for hours and hours. You've rested for almost a year, in you solid cases above my head as i sleep at night. Protecting me, keeping me safe and out of those depths from which you came those few years ago. I don't want to put you back up there...i want to touch every single ridge of moulding...every drop of paint. My god. I've missed creating something so personal and tangible. I need to let myself escape like that again.

One last thing...

~~ Remember valentines day last year? remember where i took you? of course you do. You'd never forget that, i know that of you. Remember that rose? The one they gave us? The one i spent months pressing and drying in order to frame and give to you to keep? Well, 'we' no long are, and it seems that the rose is reflecting the same sentiment. The petal's are disintegrating- turning to burgundy powder, the leaves and stalk remain in tact...i wonder what that says of us? I spose i'll never know, nor will you know of our disintegrating rose that shuld have been yours months ago, but in all honesty, i am glad that it's mine now. In its semi battered state it's a clear reminder of how i entered and left our union.

Christ. Here we go again.

A lengthy discussion about what the 'proper way to write' is complete with subtle putdowns of people who 'aren't educated enough to understand'.

It gets really fucking boring after a while.
 
I miss going to late night dives...

I miss not having to think about what others think about me...

I miss being young...

I miss those days...

I miss alot of things these days...
