I didn't have the sense to take a video camera with me when we went.

phew..... cause I have you in my head as this gorgeous sex kitten kind of hottie, and well, the person in the green shirt looked like a dude. ;)

Somebody must have really hated that story. It lost twenty votes and gained 0.20 in score after a sweep.

To that particualr troll. :p

What if I just gave up?

What if I stopped trying?

What if I closed my eyes and forgot to open them ever again?

Would that really make a difference? *sigh*

No it won't, it never does....but it's okay. I just have to remind myself that pretending makes everybody happy. :(

There is something deliciously naughty about browsing Lit from the office
LOL! I don't do that, but I did browse it and send PMs during speeches at a conference I attended last summer that had wireless in the hall. :D

I'll bet you can think of some wonderful blessings to count. Start small if you're stuck - you get to have a tasty lunch or dinner today, and every day. :rose: But you can probably think of bigger ones than that. (Actually, that's a pretty big one in itself - something that's worth remembering at such times, especially when one thinks of the multitudes who don't even have that.)

I just got caught staring at a woman's backside at teh post office.

To my defense, it was AMAZING!

But three people down from her was another woman who when I looked away smiled at me and winked.

BUSTED!

I'd miss you more than I'd miss anybody outside my immediate family, that's what.

We've been friends for two years and I hope we're friends for a lot more.

These things can't be helped. I got caught looking down our new french horn players shirt on tour this fall. It wasn't my fault, she was asking for it. I mean they were staring me right smack in the face. She was sitting, I was standing waiting for everyone to get ready, and my eyes just gravitated right to them. She caught me and promptly covered herself up a bit. If she didn't want anyone to see them, she shouldn't have them on display for the whole world to see. Again, like Sal, they were amazing. And that tattoo on her lower back (completely unrelated to the shirt incident, but well worth mentioning) drives me nuts.

...good. Empowering to admit it to yourself and others, isn't it?

If I'm in the right mood, I won't look away when caught looking. I'll encourage the eye contact and all but dare her to break it first.

I agree with everyone else here. I may not have known you long, but I know a fantastic person when I meet them and you definitely fit the bill, without a shadow of a doubt. Just know that you have friends all over the world and they all love you. :rose:

Hey Belegon, did you see that? That thread you and I just exchanged on disappeared - sexy music videos.

"Wicked Dream" by Chris Isaac is indeed the song I was thinking of. I just looked at it on youtube and not only is the music haunting and beautiful, but the video - wowsers! No wonder it stuck in my mind.
\
I posted the youtube link in that disappeared thread - I wonder if that blew it up? It's blatant copyright ripoff I think - at least two people have just flat out posted the entire video. Is that kosher? (Right this second I'm glad they did though, because it's very beautiful.)

I suspect it has to do with copyrights and the posts violated rules...

I feel that the Chris Isaac video we are talking about is one of the best music videos ever...

If I hear music from the Nutcracker one more time (especially the dance of the sugar plum fairy) I swear to God that I'm going to crack someone's nuts...

I've had five hours of it today.

No more.

Please.

Yummmmmm...

I'm sure I would break it first... bite my lip and drop my eyes a little...

but I'd look back... I wouldn't be able to help it...
