Thou Jest - not with that AV, though I understand the transparency that sometimes maquerades as life.

Which reminds me of a play, The Invisible Japanese Gentleman.

Quite charming.

:rose: Thank you. I'm just having one of those days where I feel like a number and not a human being.

I first read that as, "The Invincible Japanese." I didn't get it. :D

It was on ITV, mid 70's, Shades of Greene.

A couple were having dinner in a restaurant, the woman was wrapped up in her self. The man noticed a group of Japanese at another table. A place had been set for the missing person. If I remember correctly, it was a wake.

When the couple left, the man mentioned the Japanese group.

She, of course, had not seen them.

So, the title worked on two levels.

I was captivated by it, at the time.

Hey Mckenna. *HUGS*

I've had one or two of those, yes.

On the other hand, I've had days when I wish I was invisible. So it balances out. ;)

My life is a swirling morass of self-loathing and antipathy mixed with unbridled hope and happiness for the future.

On one hand, my existence is pointless if someone doesn't tell me I'm good at something.

On the other hand, I don't really give a shit what people think of me.

Bipolar, or just in a love-hate relationship with the universe?

Blurt 1: 6 ibuprofen didn't touch the pain -- but raspberry wine kicked it.

Blurt 2: That crown cement was the foulest thing I've ever tasted.

Blurt 3: I'm hungry, but I'm afraid to eat.

French bread. Mild cheese, or just the lightest touch of butter and honey.

And sleep, sweetheart. You need it.
