One last giggle before bed.

This weird guy stops by at work to practice his Russian with some of the girls there. He's started bring veggies and herbs from his garden lately. He gave one of the girls a bunch of catnip, fresh catnip, which she then gave to me because she doesn't have a cat. I had totally forgotten about it until my kitty started rubbing against my backpack like crazy. Trying to get into the pocket, then I remembered. Catnip now in the fridge, and a chunk of it rubbed into her scratching post. I hadn't thought about what that would mean for my sleep schedule till after I did it. I'd hate to lock her out of the bedroom for the night, but she's playing with everything. I nail file just fell victim and my backpack isn't getting left alone. There's a piece paper that was next to the bag of catnip and she won't stop rubbing against it, which is very crackly sounding.

Yep it's hitting. Sprawled out across the floor rubbing and rolling over the paper with an insane amount of attention and affection. Glad I didn't give her the whole thing.
