Fuck. I burned the back of my hand on the oven!!

Fuck. It's still 105F outside......at 7 in the evening....and we have a dust storm warning on its way.

*sigh*

Get an air conditioner. They're less than $100. The heck with the environment, and saving energy. We'll just build more nuke plants. Go ahead - life is short, you might as well be comfortable. Go to wal-mart right now and get one.

Everytime you laugh, I must as well.

being around the two of you is contagious happiness...so the laughs come easy for all of us, not just you two...

 's...I miss you guys, especially when we had Texas-like weather today...

Vella: i just want to laugh so hard.
lucky-E-leven: I love her laugh.

You two are sisters, aren't you? Those marvelous smiles are identical. They make me smile.

I think I really like both of you. I don't understand many of your posts in this funny, often context-challenged thread, but they always seem to be as sunny as those beautiful smiles.

We have one. (Not one of the little window ones either. I never saw one in real life until recently. Just on TV and they confused me as a kid when they called those things "air conditioners" :D) There are very few houses here without central air.

If ya can't keep it in your pants, keep it in the family, eh? :D

You should try 'em in person. I dare you to be anywhere near those two and not smile.

With one of those window-jobs you can create a one or two room oasis that is the difference between suffering being comfy. I'm in the midwest and keep most of an 1,800 sf house reasonably comfy with a big window jobber, but it wouldn't do more than a couple rooms in a really hot place.

One down, one to go. I spent most of the evening hiding from the rest of the group. I almost cried during the last numbers. I've told one person. I have to tell two more tomorrow.

This is hard. I have to, but it's still hard.

*wanders in and does the 'I Finally Got a Job' dance, which looks suspiciously like the Nana Dance... :nana: ...and then wanders back out*
