Great name! Welcome to the AH. :)

Btw, if your link is meant to lead to your stories, it doesn't. It leads to a picture (you're a lovely shade of red ;)).

Thank you, LilRedJammies. I have no stories available as of yet.

Those fucking trolls can kiss my ass! I never claimed to be the greatest poet in the world, but I certainly don't deserve to have my stuff bombed like that. Fucktard shitheads!

Of the two disciplines on this site, poetry is the one that I have always found is voted on and critiqued in total honesty. It's a discipline that demands so much more than prose, has to say so much more in fewer words, but at the same time has the advantage of being able to use more expressive language.

The poetry forum is a very active community that cares about poetry, theirs and others, and are very concerned with improvement and support. I doubt that they saw their evidently low votes as bombing, but as a true reflection of their opinion on the works in question.

And for the record, I still maintain, that for some of us, 1, 2, or 3 votes are NOT bombing. I, and many others that I know, vote honestly according to their own standards. I have, and will continue to vote, 1, 2 or 3 if I consider, in my opinion, that work deserves that vote. Remember, that to get a 5, means that piece in the eyes of the reader, is perfect. Very few pieces are perfect.

What the fuck is wrong with Lit this morning??

It's hanging and hanging and hanging.........by the time I get a new page up, the point I was going to comment on has been and gone and is old news.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

*sighs deeply* I don't know, Mat. In all my time here I have never gotten scores that low for my poetry (or anything else for that matter), and for that reason I believe it was done in malice.

I don't know whether to be pissed at the lack of direction or thrilled at the chance to emphasize what I'm best at....

but to try and outline job duties for someone whose two primary job functions are moving north at the end of the month seems an exercise in futility at the least...

Anyone want a lick?

:D

*frightened whimper* :p

It's during warm nights like this that I'm reminded of those warnings of looters climbing the sides of apartment buildings and slipping in through opened balcony doors. It's too hot to close them, though. I've got knives.
