Truly one big nudist incesitous family, I agree. There are many nights where I don't know what I would have done if not for some of the people here. You'll be alright Jett. It'll take some time, but you'll be fine. You're a great woman who I know garners attention. You're the one in control. You're the one that people want to be with. You get to choose who gets your affection. You're the prize. Remember that. They hafta earn ya. If they bail on you callously, then they didn't earn ya and they don't know who you really are. If you both gave to the relationship 100 percent and it didn't work, then it didn't work. There's nothing more you could have done. No regrets because you gave it your all. Now ya know and you can move on to try love again, when you're ready.

See, that's the thing - I'm able to love, unconditionally. Even when I was being treated shittily by someone who never listened to me. I wouldn't hurt so much right now if I hadn't loved so completely. Still, my heart is not afraid - just hurt. And there's a lot of people out there who I know will appreciate the love I have to share.

I've just come to the realization of how much I've missed. Specifically, around here. I've missed the Coming Together books. I've missed get to gethers. I've missed new people joining, and I've missed good friends leaving.

This is bothering me now for one reason; I care. I never cared before. I didn't really want to be a big part of this community. Yet, the more I realize how much I haven't been a part of, the sadder I get. The group here is some of the best people that I know of. The AH may not always agree entirely, but it really is a family. I feel like I've shut out part of my family, and I don't like that. I can't say that I can be there for all the events and special ocassions. No one can. But I can give a damn. That's what I'm going to do. Because I want to.

I think at one time or another we all miss our family here and wish that we were closer together so that we could be more of a physical support system to each other... I know that feeling and I wish that I like many others would love to be closer to each other to help....

Just staggered out into the daylight to fill up the recycle bin, and discovered that some obnoxious bastard threw an egg at the house while we were away. Damn force of the throw has put a huge dent in the window screen, pulled it all out of shape. Egg shell all over the ground, and egg yolk and white nicely blended into the mesh of the screen.
