I'm on page 18 of 126 in those draft Medicaid regulations. I've written six pages of scathing feedback, and it has taken me 4 hours. I'd better clear my schedule for the next several days. :rolleyes:

When I finish this Herculean effort, I'm gonna need some serious TLC.

For now, though, more coffee ...

Supplier in ITaly made a shipment to Hong Kong back on Dec. 2 and I've been chasing the woman with e-mails to get the documents and shipping info. Yesterday they shipped the balance. Got everythng for the second shipment, but still nothing on the first. Called and asked about the white that shipped on Dec. 2. But she starts going on about the brown that shippped yesterday. Something like:

"No," says I, "I need it for the white."

"Maybe it is delayed."

"You sent me an e-mail confirming it shipped on the second."

"We made the shipment yesterday."

"That was for the brown, I need the shipping info for the white."

"The Fed Ex tracking number is on the documents."

"Not the white, only the brown was sent with Fed Ex."

"And we shipped it yesterday."

"I know, but I need the information for the white that was shipped on Dec. 2."

"I can't believe you don't have the documents."

"I don't. Didn't you get the 5 e-mails asking for them?"

"Yes, but I was sure you had them."
 
Having just been reminded of the SHakespeare Sister song "Stay" I call for more musicians and singers to create more music that belnds gentle ethereal voices and crunching hard kick ass chords.

Damn white stuff is blowing all over the place, how the hell do they expect me to keep the walk cleared if it won't stop blowing around?
 
Finished. 12 pages of commentary. Let's hope it has some impact -- otherwise lots of people are going to be in a world of hurt when the regs take effect.

I love them as well, but I'm cautious of that flippy thing they do with their tails. Definitely umbrella time there.
