I positively love salads.

My favorite is with a Spring Mix with some fresh baby spinach - cubed cheeses (jalepano, cheddar, swiss) handfull of cut walnuts, chopped beets, 2 spoonfuls of the jarred 3 bean salad, a few green olives, croutons and oil & vinegar (heavy on the vinegar)....

On the side 2 pickles...and of course a handful of chips..
