Those kind of decisions are the hardest. No one has the experience to make the right call, unless they're so old they can't profit by it. I went for "right now." I did regret it, but I overcame the regret and sort of re-engaged, after that. Now, I feel really good about the long term. But there was a period where i really despaired.

Long term happiness, seing how mutable people are, is a matter, always, of one's own investment. One's own commitment.
