Unrelated Blurt: Oh, fuck me running! Plan B!

Look...just because you realized that you fit the description of co-dependant and co-dependants often are found to be enabling people who are addicts and I write sex stories does not mean I have a sexual addiction!

I write a baseball column too, but I don't hear anyone complaining that I am a baseball addict....and I spend a lot more on baseball tickets than I do on sex...

My sentiments exactly!

I'm going to ditto that.

Bel - :rose:
I'm on my cell all day if you need anything.

Blurt:

I almost always wake up with a song in my head that kind of fits with my mood or my upcoming day. For instance, yesterday it was Bon Jovi (I know, I know) with You Give Love A Bad Name. And I remember specifically that on my wedding day it was David Bowie's "God And Man," which actually played on the radio while we were driving to the church.

While it's annoying at times to have a perpetual ear worm, I almost look forward to the forcast that the morning song provides.

When I woke this morning, there was no background music in my head. No song, no 16 bars repeating repeating repeating, no Peter Gabriel or Indigo Girls or Jewel or Sarah McLachlan or Ladysmith Black Mambazo or Madonna or Lyle Lovett or anybody else telling me how my day was going to unfold.

I should be relieved. But it's just kinda lonely instead.

 Another we have in common! You're the first I've met who's known them.

If you explain to most people that they did "back-up" for Paul Simon, people will usually remember them.

Unfortunately, they've never really attained the respect they so richly deserve on their own.
