I worked table and grill at the same time for 3 fucking hours and still kept drive thru times below target! There isn't a single manager that can do that there let alone another crew member! I'm not, never have been, can't tolerate high temperatures.

People just don't understand what absolute pergatory it is for me.

I have been reduced to tears before now, simply because of the sheer discomfort. I've always been like it since I was a kid. Deffective body thermostat. It's the main reason I have never visited my brother in Texas in 10 years. The reason why I haven't visited so many of the places I want to visit. I just couldn't cope with the heat. I went to Israel 15 years ago, I got heatstroke on the first day and was out of it for over 24 hours. Shivers, nausea, diarrhoea......the lot. I wanted quite simply to die.

I am so envious of people that can tolerate and enjoy hot weather, because I simply cannot.

Shower was lovely, fan is blowing on me, which is delightful. Time to eat and then pack the car. Hopefully its going to be cooler doing this in the evening sun.
